Where Have I Been?

In Talladega, of course. And I just got in to the office. But I’m about to set to work on a notebook for Tuesday’s paper. I have NEMCABB All-Star rosters in hand and will get those to y’all via this blog or in the paper, not sure which yet (probably both).

I’ll try to set up the playoff picture after today’s handful of games finishes up. We know Nettleton and Smithville will play for state in softball; East Webster plays today at 4 p.m. for the right to do the same. Lots of baseball teams still alive, and I do know that New Albany is two-for-two on coin flips, meaning they’ll host the “if” game against Vicksburg. All those games start at 6 p.m., with Game 1 in Vicksburg, Game 2 in New Albany.

If you wanted to see TC play, I got a highlight video of Game Three (TC vs. New Hope) on the website.

  2. Wow, what a catch. Great job, man. Give us some more this week.

Yeah, talking about big play at the right time. Lee Griffin is the most underlooked player on our team. He’s all about the team and will give it all he’s got day in and day out.

OR you might be talking about Cody Duncan’s catch at the end. Both were huge.
