    Brad when is daily Journal gone start keeping area teams record like other newspaper those like the clarion ledger we only see there records on friday and just the the top ten. The same way u do football why cant basketball get teams records and what place they in etc..

    Nettleton @Aberdeen has been cancelled for tonight. It will be rescheduled for Thursday @ 3:00.

  4. Thanks, Jeff. I guess that means Nettleton-Tupelo is cancelled. We’re checking on it and all the other games. Lot of games have already been postponed, and I’ll put up a list later today.

    I’d love to keep up with those records, but there are at least two problems:
    1) Don’t have a system set up like the Ledger to keep track of scores and boxes.
    2) Half the teams (at least) don’t give us their record when they call in, and they almost never have the opponent’s record.
    You’ll notice that the Ledger doesn’t have everyone’s records up to date. Games get re-scheduled, or folks don’t call in. It’s a logistical nightmare.
    I’d like to be able to do a better job of that, but we’ve got to work out some sort of system. Maybe we can someday.
